This has given her a deep understanding of the environment of technology in terms of people, organizations, and processes, enabling her to navigate this field effectively.

Gisèle holds a degree in Engineering and Policy Analysis, which equips her with a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight.

As an intermediary, Gisèle excels at bridging the gap between business and technology, creating synergy between the two. Her communication skills and enthusiasm enable her to inspire people and achieve the desired results in a positive atmosphere.

Robert Hahn

Robert Hahn is the founder of Leap Solutions and a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience in IT strategy, governance, leadership, and digital transformation. As the founder of Leap, he laid the foundation for a knowledge-driven organization focused on people, simplicity, and measurable impact.

With a master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA, Robert combines deep technical expertise with strong business insight, enabling organizations to align technology with strategic goals and increase IT maturity.

Known for his calm leadership style and ability to see the bigger picture, Robert challenges the status quo while keeping solutions pragmatic and outcome-oriented. Although no longer involved in daily operations, he remains closely connected to Leap as a strategic advisor and ambassador, continuing to shape the vision and principles on which the company is built.
