Job Requirements

  • You are an ambitious professional or a high-potential talent.
  • You have a relevant degree preferably at the HBO (higher professional education) level.
  • You are strong in communication, a good listener, service-oriented, and customer-friendly.
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and possess strong analytical thinking skills.
  • You excel in collaboration, planning, and organizing.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in business processes or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft), is a plus.

You will collaborate with organizations to tackle challenges such as:

  • Standardizing and consolidating IT support tools to streamline issue resolution and automating repetitive IT tasks to enhance service efficiency.
  • Simplifying data environments by consolidating multiple data sources into a unified platform and creating automated dashboards to reduce manual reporting efforts and provide real-time insights for decision-making.
  • Developing strategies to modernize legacy systems while minimizing risks and disruptions.
